Charisma, plainly stated, is the ability to draw people to you. To attract others, love life, expect the best from everyone, give people hope, and share yourself.
When it comes to commitment there is only one type of person you should be. An all-out is someone who sets a goal, commits to it, and then pays the price to reach that goal.

Performing at a high level of excellence is always a choice, an act of will. As leaders, we expect our people to follow through when we hand them the ball. They expect that and a whole lot more from us as their leaders.

Can you see the root of the problem? If so, you can solve it. A leader who is in their area of expertise has a stronger sense of intution. That intuition will give them the ability to see the root cause.

In order to acheive excellenece it doesn't matter how you get to the end goal, as long as you take responsibility along the way.
The best way to give people security is to pass them the skills you have learned. Only when you pass skills do you get them back ten fold.
Don't allow yourself to become captive to excuses and lack of results. In order to acheive your goals you must look within first, and then see the bigger picture. Everything else comes later.
